The Annual Business Conference of Prime Bank Limited was held on 23rd February at the Winter Garden of the Ruposhi Bangla Hotel. Chairman of the Board of Directors Md. Shirajul Islam Mollah inaugurated the conference as the chief guest. Former Chairmen of the Bank Azam J Chowdhury and Quazi Sirazul Islam spoke on the occasion. Former Vice Chairperson of the Bank Marina Yasmin Chowdhury and Director M A Wahhab were also present at the program. Managing Director Md. Ehsan Khasru presided over the conference.

Mentors of different clusters presented the summary of business of their respective clusters along with the strengths as well as weaknesses of their business performances in the conference. Besides, the strategy & business target for 2012 were also ascertained in the conference. Four Best Performing Managers - one from each cluster, and four Best Rising Star Managers were awarded in the conference.

Additional Managing Director of the Bank M. Reazul Karim, Deputy Managing Directors- Ahmed Kamal Khan Chowdhury, I B Chowdhury, Md. Golam Rabbani and Muhammad Yasin Ali were also present at the conference. All Head of Branches and concerned Divisional Heads participated in the conference.

Head of HR, SVP Md. Iftekhar Hossain coordinated and anchored the whole program.

The program ended with an enigmatic cultural event.
