About the Campaign

Football fever is here, and MyPrime is making it even more exciting!

Prime Bank brings you the MyPrime World-cup Winner Campaign, where both new and existing MyPrime users can participate by completing eligible transactions through the MyPrime App during the campaign period.

The higher your eligible transaction volume through MyPrime, the better your chance to become a winner.

How to Participate

  1. Download the MyPrime App from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Register or log in to your MyPrime account.
  3. Complete eligible transactions through MyPrime during the campaign period.
  4. Accumulate eligible transaction volume.
  5. Qualify for exciting rewards based on your transaction volume ranking.

The top 3 customers with the highest eligible transaction volume during the campaign period will win exclusive signed jerseys of:

  • Lionel Messi
  • Bruno Fernandes
  • Lamine Yamal

Tier #2: 4th to 8th Highest Transaction Volume

  • PlayStation 5
  • Merchandise Bundle including Trionda Football, Jersey and Cap

A total of 100 customers will win exciting merchandise bundles across five weeks of the campaign.

Each winner will receive:

Weekly Winner Distribution

20 winners every week for 5 weeks.

Eligible Transactions

The following transactions shall be considered eligible for participation under the MyPrime World-cup Winner Campaign:

  1. Mobile Recharge
  2. All Types of Bill Payments, including Electricity, Gas, Water, Telephone, Tuition Fees, Government Fees and Insurance
  3. Bangla QR Payments
  4. QR Cash Withdrawals
  5. Net-Banking Payments at Online Merchants
  6. MFS Transfers, including bKash and Nagad
  7. Prime Bank and Other Bank Credit Card Bill Payment
  8. Toll Recharge
  9. Zakat Payments

Only successful eligible transactions completed through MyPrime App during the campaign period will be counted for campaign participation.

Excluded Transactions

Transfers from Prime Bank accounts or cards to other banks through NPSB, BEFTN or RTGS shall be excluded from the campaign eligibility criteria.

Failed, cancelled, reversed, refunded, disputed or suspicious transactions shall not be counted.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected based on eligible transaction volume through MyPrime App during the campaign period.

Tier #1:

Top 3 customers with the highest cumulative eligible transaction volume during the full campaign period.

Tier #2:

Customers ranking from 4th to 8th based on cumulative eligible transaction volume during the full campaign period.

Tier #3:

Top 20 customers by weekly transaction volume across five campaign weeks.

In case of any tie, Prime Bank may apply tie-breaking criteria including higher number of eligible transactions, earlier achievement of transaction volume, higher number of active transaction days, or any other method deemed appropriate by Prime Bank.
