Accessing to the Lounge

At the Lounge entrance, just show your eligible Prime Bank Card and boarding pass. Your Card will be swiped to register your visit and a pre-authorization transaction of $3.25* will be carried out every time you visit a lounge.

Please note, pre-authorization transaction is made for eligibility check and the transaction amount will be refunded.

Please ensure your card is open for international and online transactions and has available international limit before visiting lounges. Please get your passport endorsed against your card before travelling

Create Your Own LoungeKey Profile

Create your personal LoungeKey profile by following simple steps. Give required details (16 digit card number, Name on the Card, CVV etc.) to complete verification and registration process. Set your user ID & password for future access.

You can log into your profile anytime from LoungeKey website or LoungeKey mobile app and search to find out available lounges across the world. Download the LoungeKey app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
