Prime Bank Limited signed a Tk. 6 crore deal with the Game On Sports Management Ltd. to become the Title Sponsor of Bangladesh Premier League T20-2013, Season–2 at a signing & BPL Logo unveiling ceremony held at BCB Media Center, Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.

“Cricket is the most popular game in Bangladesh and if we can take part in cricket helping it going forward, then other banks will also be inspired to come to invest like us for the development of cricket” Prime Bank Chairman Md. Sirajul Islam Mollah said.

Prime Bank sponsored this popular sports event to get the title rights of the BPL T20 tournament in 2013 which will be known as “Prime Bank-BPL T20 2013” in this year.

Prime Bank Chairman Md. Sirajul Islam Mollah also said Prime Bank has a cricket team which currently plays in the Premier Division Cricket League. Prime Bank achieved an outstanding reputation as a sound franchisee for Prime Bank Cricket Club and Prime Bank South Zone playing in the Bangladesh Cricket League which is ongoing right now. Prime Bank sees sponsoring in cricket is an opportunity of investing for the development of cricket in this cricket-loving nation. Mentionable that, Prime Bank has clearly made its mark in the area of corporate social responsibility with its milestone efforts in nation building in the education, health and sports sectors (including cricket, football, golf and other sports).
