- You must be Bangladeshi and your age must be between 21-45 years.
Requirements
- Valid Trade License & Special License to run the business (for example: drug license, environmental certificate etc. where applicable).
- Memorandum & Article of Association of the company including Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company), Notarized partnership deed/registered by SRO or RJSC (in case of partnership).
- Resolution for the loan facility (in case of limited company/partneship).
- Valid Passport/NID copy & Photograph of the Proprietor/ Partners and Guarantors
- Security/Collateral in the form of,
- Hypothecation/charges on financed floating/fixed assets
- PG of Borrower(s) and a Family member
- One 3rd Party Personal Guaranty. In absence of 3rd party, Original copy of entrepreneurs (only for Graduates) Educational Certificate or
- Vocational / Relevant Professional Certificate of Competent / Acceptable authority shall be kept under bank’s custody as Collateral along with undertaking declaring the authenticity of such certificates.
- For loan amount above BDT 5 million: Registered mortgage of Immovable Properties with IGPA in favor of Bank.
