- Memorandum & Article of Association of the company including Certificate of incorporation, Notarized partnership deed/registered by SRO or RJSC.
- Valid Passport/NID copy & Photograph of the owner(s) and Guarantor(s) & Bank Statement.
- Security/Collateral in the form of,
- Hypothecation of inventories, machineries, equipment, vehicles
- One Personal Guaranty from Family
- One 3rd Party Personal Guaranty. In absence of 3rd party please provide registered mortgage of property (Land/Building/Flat/residential or commercial Space) with IGPA in favor of Bank & Lien of cash collateral (FDR) and other en-cashable financial instrument
